The food was of exceptional quality, with the chicken cooked to perfection, the fries crispy and delicious, and the bread incredibly soft and fluffy. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. Despite the unseasonably cold weather, the staff and the restaurant shone through. The tables were spotless, and the bathroom was clean, though there’s always room for improvement. I’ve noticed a positive change in the cleanliness of the staff when handling food, which is a commendable development. I’m thoroughly impressed with the improvements at Canes. The manager and team leaders deserve recognition for their exceptional work. As a regular customer, I’ve noticed a noticeable difference in the quality of food throughout the shifts, which is a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. Crazy busy on Monday late evening (930). Located in the pedestrian zone, this location draws a lot of people, ordering via console or at cashier. Food pickup does struggle with keeping up - I think they need more cashier's or should make counter larger. Otherwise, everything same out consistent as I would expect. But the layout needs to change a bit

This was my first time at Raising Cane’s, and I have to say, I’m beyond impressed! The chicken was absolutely amazing—perfectly seasoned, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The breading was light, soft, and crispy without being overly heavy, which made the chicken even better. You can really tell the quality stands out. The service and atmosphere were just as exceptional as the food. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and CJ took great care of me from start to finish. He made my first visit a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Cane’s today. The food was fresh, the place was clean, and the service was amazing.the girl took care of me with a big smile and made everything super easy. She was friendly, fast, and really made the visit feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back.

First time to the US, heard so much good things about the chicken tenders and the sauce. Yeah them sauce really amazing! Chicken tenders were juice and delicious. Chips were nice and tender with still some crunch. Toast was nice and buttery. So so good! Definitely will eat again at least once before I leave the US.
